I’m Dean Nunis, a licensed real estate agent with Main Beach Realty, working out of our office on Third Street in downtown Laguna Beach. I work with homeowners, buyers, renters and investors across coastal Orange County, from Laguna Beach and Corona del Mar to Newport Beach, Dana Point and Laguna Niguel.
My business covers the full life of a home: selling, buying, leasing and ongoing property management. That matters on the coast, where many owners move between living in a home, renting it out and eventually selling it. Having one person who understands all three saves time and keeps decisions grounded in real numbers.

I studied at Chapman University, just up the road in Orange, and I’m proud to build my career in the coastal communities I know best.
